Privacy Policy
Who is responsible for personal data? The board is responsible for personal data for the personal data that the association collects about its members and processes in the member register. The personal data is processed for the purpose of conducting administration, distribution and communication with the members.
Which personal data is processed in the member register? Name; contact information such as email address, phone number, city of residence; occupation, information on when the membership began; information on payment of the membership fee.
Which recipients will receive the information? The personal information is not disclosed to third parties but is only used internally within the association for administration, distribution and communication with the members.
How long do we store the personal data? The personal information is stored in the member register for as long as the membership lasts.
Members' rights
- To gain access to their personal data stored in the member register
- To receive incorrect personal data corrected from the member register
- To have their personal data deleted from the member register if the data is no longer necessary for the association's activities in accordance with the privacy protection policy and the charter
- To find out how long the association will store the personal data in the member register
- To submit a complaint to the Privacy Protection Authority (Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection).
Become a member of Nordic Ukraine Forum
The membership allows you to stay informed about the events organized by Nordic Ukraine Forum. It also provides discounts or free admitting to the lectures and events organized by us. Finally, each member is welcome to join our annual meeting.

The full membership in Nordic Ukraine Forum is 250 SEK per year. For students, displaced and unemployed persons - 50 SEK per year.
The membership is valid for the calendar year.
In order to become our member, please register via this - form and pay a sum to the following:
Swish 1234 375 283 or Bank Giro 280-8228.
Please indicate 'medlemsavgift' or 'membership' in the payment section.
It is also possible to pay the membership fee in cash to one of the board members.
Another option with membership payment is to use "Donate" button, you can use your bank card or Paypal account.
